Story :
A honest cop who wants the society to be free of criminals face many hurdles. But he faces many hurdles in his mission. How he manages to come clean in his endeavour forms the crux.
Maasi (Arjun) is encounter specialist. He plans to free the city from the hands of two criminals Naaga (Pradeep Rawath), who operates from Mumbai and Nandha (Ponnambalam), a dreaded don in Chennai. Maasi is put to several troubles by both Naaga and Nandha. They use their political and police clout to ensure Maasi fails in his attempts.
A brawny Maasi, now uses his brain. How he plans to kill them forms the climax.
